How long is a jumping session?
Tickets are for approximately 90 minutes, however each session ends 5-10 minutes prior to the 90 minute session for cleaning.
Are there any age restrictions for children?
All children or groups of children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult or adult carer, and children 5 and under must be accompanied into the inflatable by a parent/carer, who must remain at FunBox while their children are present.
Is it possible to purchase tickets at the door?
While tickets can be purchased at the door, it is strongly suggested to buy tickets online to ensure entry, as they often sell out.
What is the policy for pregnant guests?
Pregnant guests cannot enter any of the inflatable parts due to the unpredictable surface and potential loss of footing.
